  1. 1Then Eliphaz the Temanite answered and said,Compare translations of Job 22:1
  2. 2Can a man be profitable unto God, as he that is wise may be profitable unto himself?Compare translations of Job 22:2
  3. 3any pleasure to the Almighty, that thou art righteous? or gain that thou makest thy ways perfect?Compare translations of Job 22:3
  4. 4Will he reprove thee for fear of thee? will he enter with thee into judgment?Compare translations of Job 22:4
  5. 5not thy wickedness great? and thine iniquities infinite?Compare translations of Job 22:5
  6. 6For thou hast taken a pledge from thy brother for nought, and stripped the naked of their clothing.Compare translations of Job 22:6

  29. 29When are cast down, then thou shalt say, lifting up; and he shall save the humble person.Compare translations of Job 22:29
