Proverbs 12:10

“A righteous regardeth the life of his beast: but the tender mercies of the wicked cruel.”
Context
7The wicked are overthrown, and not: but the house of the righteous shall stand.
8A man shall be commended according to his wisdom: but he that is of a perverse heart shall be despised.
9despised, and hath a servant, better than he that honoureth himself, and lacketh bread.
10A righteous regardeth the life of his beast: but the tender mercies of the wicked cruel.
11He that tilleth his land shall be satisfied with bread: but he that followeth vain void of understanding.
12The wicked desireth the net of evil but the root of the righteous yieldeth
13The wicked is snared by the transgression of lips: but the just shall come out of trouble.
