  1. 1Moreover the LORD answered Job, and said,Compare translations of Job 40:1
  2. 2Shall he that contendeth with the Almighty instruct he that reproveth God, let him answer it.Compare translations of Job 40:2

  4. 4Behold, I am vile; what shall I answer thee? I will lay mine hand upon my mouth.Compare translations of Job 40:4

  6. 6Then answered the LORD unto Job out of the whirlwind, and said,Compare translations of Job 40:6
  7. 7Gird up thy loins now like a man: I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me.Compare translations of Job 40:7
  8. 8Wilt thou also disannul my judgment? wilt thou condemn me, that thou mayest be righteous?Compare translations of Job 40:8
  9. 9Hast thou an arm like God? or canst thou thunder with a voice like him?Compare translations of Job 40:9
  10. 10Deck thyself now majesty and excellency; and array thyself with glory and beauty.Compare translations of Job 40:10
  11. 11Cast abroad the rage of thy wrath: and behold every one proud, and abase him.Compare translations of Job 40:11
